I don't understand how Canadians think so impart me with some wisdom, how does this bill prove he is a natural born citizen? By the way, natural born means he was born on US soil, not to American parents abroad. To be president, you have to be born on US soil.

Actually, you DO need to be born on American soil to be president, regardless of where your parents are from. Obama was born in Hawaii, and that's why he was able to run for President.

Obama is a "natural born citizen." He was born to an American mother and meets the residency requirement. He does NOT have to be born on American soil to meet the constitutional standard.
Most interesting, though, is the fact that Barry Soetoro (a.k.a. Barack Hussein Obama) has not simply ordered the original vault copy of his birth certificate to be sealed and chosen to retain three (3) law firms to defend the various cases spending a reported $800,000 (of whose money?). If Mr. Obama has nothing to hide, then why fight the more than 42 cases in federal courts alone (according to Justia) and similar number in state courts of which the merits are well-founded and substantiated through factual evidence, state and federal statutes, and international laws? Main issue is that the state of HI, according to statue 338 allows Foreign born children of Hawaiian residents to obtain Hawaiian birth certificates and obtain them based on a statement of one relative only. There is plenty of evidence of Barry Soetoro (a.k.a. Barack Hussein Obama) being born in Kenya and obtaining his Hawaiian birth certificate based on a statement of his grandparent only, who simply didn’t want to deal with immigration and not based on any records from any hospitals. Extensive searches in the State of Hawaii showed no birthing records for his mother [Stanley] Ann Dunham in any hospital in Hawaii.

I was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada to an American Father and a French Canadian Mother.
I hold dual citizenship as a result.
But, I am not a "natural born" citizen. Since moving to the USA decades ago, I am now a "naturalized" citizen only.
The birther position is that even if born on US soil Obama is not a 'natural born citizen' because he does not have 2 US citizen parents.
The Arizona bill however pushes the birther goal posts back and says that 'natural born' includes children born in the US to to at least one US citizen or one legal US resident. According to the bill the citizenship of Obama's father is irrelevant for 'natural born' status if Obama was born in the US. According to the bill's wording only US born children of two illegal parents -or 2 visitor visa parents - are not 'natural born'.
