After we show time and time again the trash on the ground after a liberal / Democrat event , don't you think they would feel shame and pick it up?

Here's an estimate of the cost to clean up after the protestors:
"The Wisconsin Department of Administration estimates it could cost the state $8 million to restore the Capitol to its pre-protest condition, Wisconsin media are reporting. The estimate includes $500,000 to remove adhesive from taped posters, $1 million to repair the structure's exterior and $6.5 million for rebuffing the interior marble."
It would go a long way if those who caused this damage would clean it up, rather than saddling the taxpayers with this expense. Somehow, I don't think we're going to see that happen. People have the right to protest, as has been said here ad nauseum, but what about this. The taxpayers should have the right to bill the unions and protestors for this cost.
These people are like locusts.

No. The people have a right to assemble. Why are people paid to pick up litter, etc on the capital grounds and be custodians in the buildings? Because messes never happen?
The self righteous tea partiers make an issue of some posters and tape at the capitol. Yet they support, and are supported by, the biggest air polluter in America!
