So, a male president doesn't get anything done because most of HIS advisors are the same sex?

Have you checked out all the females who have been elected to public office? Do they all have all female staffs? How do they get things done?

For everyone saying that they're tired of hearing "the first _____ President", consider this: sure, whatever is in the blank doesn't matter as long as they do their job, but if race/gender/sexuality/whatever weren't an issue, our history would be filled with non-white, non-male, non-straight Presidents.
