Different name doesn't mean anything. Under the law its the same
Under the law, a certified photoreproduced copy of the original birth certificate must be provided upon request.
All Obama has to do is request a certified copy of the original birth certificate which Hawaii must provide by law, and show that to the American public. McCain did when there was a question about his eligibility. Why won't Obama?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't you post a list of dozens of documents that you demanded Obama publicly disclose?
It asks for it, but the information is not required on the birth certificate. It states right on there the info required on the birth certificate, and parents place of birth is NOT listed.
Yes it would fly with the state dept because they release the exact information they require to be on your birth certificate, and where parents were born is not listed now is it??
My response: Then why is it required on form DS-11?
You're lost. The question was...My response: Then why is it required on form DS-11?
You started this by claiming that a real birth certificate contains the birth places of the parents. There is no such requirement for that information to be on a birth certificate in order to get a passport. You've responded by saying that a passport application asks for the birth place of your parents. However, that doesn't mean that the birth certificate you submit with the application has to have the birth place of the parents on it.

Ding Ding Ding. Just because the information is on one form, does not mean that the information needs to be on the birth certificate. In fact the state department lists exactly the info that is needed on the birth certificate and birthplace of parents isn't listed.
Mr. Obama, please provide the documents required to put this issue to rest once and for all. I am wearied of this "Did so!", "Did not!" gradeschool bickering.
