There is absolutely nothing wrong with people deciding to shop or not shop at any store for any reason what so ever. It's called the free market and it's free because people are free to decide for themselves using what ever reasons they want. Why do so many right wingers claim to support the free market yet get mad when people freely decide based on things they don't like? It's illogical.
I haven't read ANYTHING related to your claim. This is NOT about people having or not having the right to shop wherever they want. If you can find it please show us.
This about the UNION strong arming private businesses. IE. "if you don't post our sign, we will boycott you".
I just heard this on the news. This bullying has got to stop. They are trying to intimidate not only those who vocalize support against the union but they are threatening to boycott any small business who is NEUTRAL.
BULLYING! Just like the old gangsta mobs...
The saddest part of this one is that they have said that neutral means "no" and that says that some of those to be boycotted are against the unions unless they say something other than being neutral. Yep, it is purely gangster type behavior.
If true, that would be a poor move. One that most would associate with Walker, not the Unions.
You need to read the two links I suggested to see that this is all against Walker and that those people plan to close down small businesses who don't post that sign on their business windows. Don't try to fight it unless you know something about what is going on.
BTW, I checked this out on Google after hearing about it all on Fox from Megyn Kelly. Oh, yes it is true but unless you have the guts to prove it to yourself you will have to just keep on spinning it to what you want it to be.

I will have to tell you that they are marching in front of the businesses they are planning to boycott unless they put the message from the union in their windows. Yep, I have seen them marching in that small town the link is about. Read the links I provided and then get back to me to try to make me believe you even know what it going on.
Denying collective bargaining is hardly free market.
So you think that telling businesses that unless they put up the sign showing support of the teachers' union they will be boycotted by the union is an example of free market control. I really can't reason what you think about this situation since you think that them trying to strong arm businesses into support of them is an example of collective bargaining. I know that you know what that bargaining is but you don't sound like it.
Hey, JTG, have you read either of the links I proffered so you would know what is going on? It certainly doesn't sound like it.

public servants forced to join unions and have dues taken from their paychecks is? what about the gov school monopoly that makes parents pay twice if they choose a better private school. is that free market? this sham is up, the taxpayers have had it.

The objection would be that the store owner must choose a side. That should not be. Asking them to put up a sign of Union support, I see nothing objectionable about. Are there union members that would overstep, sure. Time will tell on just how extensive the abuse is. And yes, the Unions and most of the people in Wisc do not like what Walker did. They will react to that.
