Actually if you want to get technical NO ONE spent any money on anything yet. It's all debt and based on bonds. The entire US economy is based on debt...........

People enjoy all kinds of recreation. Who are you to criticize somebody's choice of recreation?

And is every form of recreation an "obsession" if you don't like it?

Why is that funny ????

Are you saying a person has to be physically fit to enjoy watching sports?

Do you even know what sports is all about?

Are you equally outraged about college stadiums?

OK, so which is it? Schools much fight obesity and push nutrition? Or schools should emphasize academics? Or arts? Or music?

Kids education includes Physical Education. And remember the old proverb "all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy".

Look...if they wanna be knuckleheads with their money, that's their problem. Just like i don't see a good reason for people worrying about what's in a Tucson textbook, i'm an Arizonan that couldn't care less about an overbudget, oversized football stadium in Allen, Texas. Besides, they aren't going to win anything anyway. When was the last time Allen won a state Championship? Once...maybe a few years ago. But certainly not perenially. They'll just look like fools in the end.

LOL............it's not about simply watching sports. These morons live, eat, breathe, and sht sports. In fact they are so into sports even their own personal hygiene takes a back seat. And yes as a Division I athlete I find it hilarious. And yes I know what sports is all about as I played them my whole life unfortunately not realizing how much time I could have spent doing other more important things.
