Because the big network news programs, which the majority of Americans watch, keep telling their sheep that the Dems are for the little guy and the brain dead believe them.

But...how's that been working the last few years, as Fox's rating soar in the #1 spot?

Is there a way to save this thread so that in can be easily found in November of 2012? Like subscribing to it so it'll be in my email? It's going to come in handy, and I expect other posts that yammer about Fox's high ratings, when the cons start claiming that Obama only won reelection "because of the media"

More people listen to Rush Limbaugh then any of the big networks news shows.

Yep, that's their mission statement - to go after Fox.

Imagine that - leftists all about silencing free speech and diversity of opinions.

When WILL the leftists get it that they represent a FRINGE minority of the population?
LOL! It just kills the liberals that Fox News is #1.

I used to watch all the traditional network news programs, just out of habit. Believe it or not, until recently I was not very political. I only went to Fox News one day to find out what all the hullaballoo was about (thank you, liberals, for directing me to Fox News! Without all your whining and seething, I would still be watching NBC today). What I found was that Fox News actually covered . . . the news! Amazing, that. Then when we moved to Israel, I discovered that Fox News was the only news outlet that actually reported on all the bombings and Pali attacks, whereas the other news outlets conveniently ignored so much Pali violence but they were always right there Johnny on the spot whenever Israel retaliated.

Then I read Bernie Goldberg's book, Bias, which I highly recommend.

After the Dan Rather scandal, I don't know how anyone can trust the traditional news networks anymore, let alone defend them.

That was out of the people polled. Most Americans don't listen to talk radio and most don't watch cable news. They watch their 6pm ABC, CBS or NBC nightly news.

When does the Beck firing take place? He is still on Fox and Olbermann was pitched immediately and never will be on MSNBC again.

Seriously, since you take the word of Media Matters as the facts, when will Beck be leaving Fox?

But fortunately, fewer people do these days - his ratings are down significantly these days, and FNC primetime as a whole is down about 20% lately, and 30% in the 25-54 demo that advertisers pay for. MSNBC and CNN are up in year over year comparisons.
You people keep up with the numbers but never seem to provide the source of your numbers. Is there a possibility that the source is MM or ThinkProgress? How about Daily Kos or HuffPo?
