Again...if you guys can get together and figure out how "everyone's rights are identical" = "unfair"...knock yourself out. Let me know when you're able to present something logical.

Oh please! From the king of loggical fallacy. Here, answer this:

When there were laws against interracial marriage, everyone had EQUAL RIGHTS:

Everyone had to and could marry someone of their own race. Period.

Explain how that isn't "unfair"...... whites, blacks, Asians, ALL had "the same rights," right?

That's not true. The Christian god is a pretty new myth

The concept of homosexuality has been around since creation. (We've already discussed how your god must have blew a wad into either Adam's doo-doo hole or his mouth in order to create Eve).

We've already explained to you ad nauseam why your argument doesn't work in an equal protection analysis.

AGAIN:

The courts don't buy it and the lawyers for your side don't even make these arguments.

Why do you think that is? Do you really think you have developed this amazing logical argument that no one has ever considered before and you're the only one in the Universe that gets it?

Or is it not more likely that you just cannot psychologically accept the legal argument in favor of gay marriage and succumb to congnitive dissonance?

But, many don't know this, until
AFTER they get into the "married state", giving the

new meaning

Is it right simply because it's accepted?

I honestly have not been shown that a reasonable argument has been made. You have yet to tell me how someone's rights are being denied.

Your rights are being denied because you cannot marry another man. There you go.

You don't want to marry another man? Irrelevant.

I don't want to own a gun. However, if I was denied the right to own a gun, then my right to own a gun would be...uh...denied.

Care to point to a single verse in the Bible that outlines what a marriage is or isn't?

God didn't say, get hitched in front of the preacher then go out and have some young'n.
Gen. 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the
image of God he created him; male and female he created
them. God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and
increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the
fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living
creature that moves on the ground.”
In fact gawd makes the whole "marriage" thing sound more like an employment issue.
18 The LORD God said, “It is not good for the man to be
alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.” 19 Now the LORD
God had formed out of the ground all the beasts of the field and all
the birds of the air. He brought them to the man to see what he
would name them; and whatever the man called each living
creature, that was its name. 20 So the man gave names to all the
livestock, the birds of the air and all the beasts of the field. But for
Adam no suitable helper was found.
