It does happen...child custody...etc.

Point is, these laws and others have to be applied and enforced equally and regardless of gender.

I'm sure the SCOUTS will. They'll rule all of these invidiously discriminatory laws unconstitutional and give me back access to the 1400 civil rights taken away from me.

Absolutely, and I'm in favor of all of that.

I was just objecting to the idea that state involvement in marriage rights is the same as "state controlled marriage".

It was a federal judge, not a California judge, and it was signed by 20 other federal judges.
