Banning something always makes it more exciting and profitable.

Yeah, organized crime would really make a killing in the porn business if you tried to ban it. Just like drugs, there's always going to be a market for sex...

Plus, you'd have to restrict internet freedom in the US to ban pornography since anyone can view foreign websites or email images or videos. Which would basically make the US like China or Iran in terms of internet restrictions.

What do you consider a moderate political position these days and how many people can you get to agree to that position?

That is the question in American politics these days.

Bachmann has always been a socially conservative nutjob, and I found it baffling that the press briefly spoke about her as though she even vaguely resembled a legitimate presidential candidate. This should surprise no one who pays serious attention to politics, but then, nobody who is keeping up with things took her seriously to begin with. The Democrats don't have a great hand, but Bachmann is a 7-2 offsuit.

Does she define what porn is? I mean beyond "I knows it when I sees it"?

Bachmann is a joke. She is an opportunist. If you review her voting records, then you know she is for big government and big spending.

The only candidates worth supporting is Dr Ron Paul and Gary Johnson.

I am a Paul supporter.

Small, less intrusive government my ass.
The online poker ban was the brainchild of Mitch McConnell, who didn't want it affecting the money devoted to horse racing.

Ohio, Missouri and Kentucky are all job-starved states in which the fundies have enacted draconian regulations on the strip club industry.
