Pass this through your smell test: when you reserve a big block of rooms, you typically sign a contract. And in that contract, it almost always states that if you back out, then you owe a cancellation fee. Do you expect a hotel to take a huge chunk of its revenue-generating rooms off the market for nothing?
Change the smell test.. Do you really expect a hotel to take a large block of hotel rooms off the market without some type of payment in advance?
Okay, I know we're all stretching the limits here but you're seriously in danger of crossing the line with that one, bucko. Some of us do not appreciate the "R" word. Say what you must but watch that kind of thing, if you please.
So this hotel is suing the tea party for nothing? No refund needed, of course if this was Acorn or the Democrats you'd be saying the same things.
I dont know if they are suing them for nothing but its done all the time. And yes, I've said very similar things in regards to ACORN and not being a tea party member, I could really care less if they get sued. (especially considering the fact that they could simply close down and create new corporations, just like ACORN does all the time)
JUDGMENT is what matters, I've sued lots and lots of people to simply gain leverage against the other party.
Oh, all right, all right. I guess if I can say "tea party," he can say "retard."
