And this doesn't happen here at all, right? Our (expensive) system is so perfect and there can't be any malpractice suits here?

I think Pres. Obama has summed it up very well

So medical mistakes never happen in the US or with private insurers?

Let me ask you something, have you been using anything harder then coffee today?

Much more likely to happen in socialized medicine...

Universal healthcare increases the patient base and puts more stress on the doctors...

Can you provide proof that mistake rates are higher in countries with socialized medicine then in the US?

Otherwise the thought is just like a fart in a hurricane, you can't prove that it happened and it didn't matter if it did.

Medical malpractice is viewed much differently in countries... It's pretty impossible to measure.

I am speaking matter of factly.... Doctors who practice privately and accept Medicare/Medicaid are the ones who have the higher workloads.

Then why don't you provide proof that medical errors are higher in practices with Medicare/Medicaid then practices that don't accept them?

That way you have some factual basis for knowledge, instead of belief...well just because.

Are you an idiot???

Increasing your client base INHERENTLY increases the risk for misdiagnoses and detailed care.

Universal Health Care would do that GREATLY..

If you walk drive over a bridge 10 times... or 100... which puts you at more risk if the bridge collapses??

Implementing UHC there has to be a sliding scale for the ratio of doctors to patients... Or everybody's risk increases.

This is not debatable.

Now that you've given your opinion do you have anything factual to support it?
