Personally, I'm more worried about our federal government running guns to Mxico and laundering money for the drug cartels as I see their attempt to undermine our Constitution through corruption a violation of my civil rights. YMMV
I don't think anyone who wants proper law enforcement would be okay with living in his jurisdiction - Arpaio is incompetent, he's clearly a politician first.

Well, what I stated was fact. DC stated that black people were not American Citizens nor Natural Citizens and therefore automatically disbarred from holding public office.
