democrats say they love the poor, but they love the poors money more.
Here's some more info about Edwards Deming that businesses could read:

The philosophy of W. Edwards Deming has been summarized as follows:
"Dr. W. Edwards Deming taught that by adopting appropriate principles of management, organizations can increase quality and simultaneously reduce costs (by reducing waste, rework, staff attrition and litigation while increasing customer loyalty). The key is to practice continual improvement and think of manufacturing as a system, not as bits and pieces."[22]
In the 1970s, Dr. Deming's philosophy was summarized by some of his Japanese proponents with the following 'a'-versus-'b' comparison:
(a) When people and organizations focus primarily on quality, defined by the following ratio,

quality tends to increase and costs fall over time.
(b) However, when people and organizations focus primarily on costs, costs tend to rise and quality declines over time.
[edtep is transformation of the individual. This transformation is discontinuous. It comes from understanding of the system of profound knowledge. The individual, transformed, will perceive new meaning to his life, to events, to numbers, to interactions between people.
"Once the individual understands the system of profound knowledge, he will apply its principles in every kind of relationship with other people. He will have a basis for judgment of his own decisions and for transformation of the organizations that he belongs to. The individual, once transformed, will:

  • Deming advocated that all managers need to have what he called a System of Profound Knowledge, consisting of four parts:http://pics3.city-data.com/forum/
  • Appreciation of a system: understanding the overall processes involving suppliers, producers, and customers (or recipients) of goods and services (explained below);http://pics3.city-data.com/forum/

  • "The prevailing style of management must undergo transformation. A system cannot understand itself. The transformation requires a view from outside. The aim of this chapter is to provide an outside view—a lens—that I call a system of profound knowledge. It provides a map of theory by which to understand the organizations that we work in.http://pics3.city-data.com/forum/

The Tea Party only came out of the woodwork because we have a black President named Barack Obama. They're the same ones who started the whole birther movement. It wouldn't be an issue if he was a white guy named Steve Johnson.

Don't you mean notorious or infamous? They may outsource, but they also ensure they maximize the number of employees they have. Japan and Germany are renowned for their unions as well - things that are considered a major faux pas by the conservatives in the United States. They do have a reputation for their strong work ethics and productivity even though they have lots of unions. If the tea baggers and conservatives had it their way, we wouldn't have child labor laws, a minimum wage, or even the 13th Amendment which abolished slavery. Women would still be barefoot and stuck in the kitchen if Boehner, McConnell, and them had it their way.

Are you sure about this???

President Lincoln is credited for freeing the slaves and President Lincoln was the country's first Republican President.

I am taking a leap of faith you include Republicans when referencing Conservatives and TEA Party...

The Republicans back then were the liberal ones while the Democrats were the more conservative ones. That all changed during the 20th century when the Republicans led us into the Great Depression while the Democrats got us out. Your giant leap of faith adheres to the Republicans today - 150 years after Lincoln - and all the tea baggers. I'm sure there are many Libertarians out there who share the same philosophies like Ron Paul.

This is a prime example why I think they should cut the defense budget in half and pour it into infrastructure.
