Let's see how he contorts himself to backpeddle now.
Should be interesting. Maybe he will try to blame Romney+Ryan again! Gets more ridiculous by the day.
And I'm sure most of the media will assist by continuing to mostly ignore the entire thing.... unless Romney says something about it they can try to get him on, of course.
Maybe he said he'd finally make good on his prior promise to pay off her campaign debt (which he has so far reneged on doing).
She should have learned by now that obama keeps very few promises. Maybe I am so shocked at her actions because I don't recognize the act of taking responsibility for problems within the obama administration. I don't think I have ever seen it before.
Why did Clinton step in to save Obama's arse at the DNC? Bill Clinton's speech was the best of the whole event - everyone agrees on that.
Now, Hillary steps in (with a very carefully worded statement) to save Obama's arse on a national security issue.
Why? Bill and Hillary Clinton are the torch-bearers of the Democratic party in this nation. That is a fact that no one will dispute. They are trying to hold things together so Democrats will stay in power. That is exactly why they are covering Obama's arse.
Hillary plans to run in 2016 and if people remember this incident, what they will remember is: Hillary Clinton took responsibility when the President of the United States wouldn't. Does that make her look weak? HELL NO.
Just proves what some of us believed back in 2008: Hillary Clinton would have made a helluva better President than Barrack Obama.
This could be the most unpresidential action in history. Leader my arse!
And shameful. Which makes me wonder what this administration is really covering up.
