The courts have already ruled that trying to run somebody over is anything from aggravated assault to attempted murder, depending on the state and circumstances.
The poor mom doesn't think her daughter deserved to die? The cop didn't deserve to die, either.
She wasn't killed for shoplifting, she was killed because she tried to kill a cop with a 4000# weapon. Anyone who can't see the distinction is probably a liberal.
I'm not the one trying to justify a highly questionable shooting using the most laughably flimsy excuses I've ever seen.

Again... Did the vehicle strike him or his arm at the time of the weapons discharge? We simply don't know and we won't until such time as the investigation is complete and reviewed. Maybe so, maybe not.. That's why we are all innocent until proven guilty....

And I'm not the one who "assumes" I have all the answers as you do.. I have repeatedly said, I don't know.. You on the other hand are making assumptions that you know nothing about with the sole purpose of finding a man guilty without an investigation or trial apparently only because he is a cop...
