Your point? He used thousands of pounds of dynamite. Try and buy thousands of pounds of dynamite today without Homeland Security knocking on your door. If dynamite was regulated then as it is now...

Sorry, but it's still a lot easier to obtain a gun and kill people with it than it is to set off bombs.

There's no reason to build a bomb (which may not work and/or which might blow up in your face) when you can just buy a gun.

So you think people who is going to commit a crime will do the lawful way? They will go to black market, where it is not going to be track.
