So you dug up one example of a mass murder not involving guns spanning back 80+ years as proof that guns aren't at fault while overlooking the dozens upon dozens of mass murders that have occured since then that did involve guns?

Your nearest friendly gas station will sell you all the gasoline you can carry and most have cigarette lighters. No license needed. Why struggle with something that is hard to buy? I guess we could ban gasoline too.

A massacre happened 85 years ago in which firearms were not used. How many massacres have happened in the last 85 years where they WERE used? How many massacres have happened in the last 85 years where dynamite was used?
What reasons can you suggest for why all those massacres you howl about took place? It wasn't the guns that squeezed the triggers. Why did they take place.
Can you tell me about when psychiatrists started giving some of the dangerous drugs they have for depression and the like.
Why put locks on doors? Criminals will find some other way in. Why have speed limits? Some people will always speed. Why ground electrical outlets? Some people will manage to get electrocuted another way.
Why have education? Some people will always be stupid.
Why do any of those things? Is it because you think that taking up the guns will keep them from happening?
