You can't add a lot of new ObamaCare mandated coverages (kids up to age 26, etc) and NOT increase the cost of health insurance. So, somebody has to pay more... a lot more.

Its beyond garbage of an argument to assume those issues weren't at play when insurance premium rates were rising on average at over 9%/year. Or, perhaps a rather demonstrative exhibit of being clueless.

You can file a complaint. Many times commissioners have squashed large increases in premiums, Independent and group. However, if you live in one of those "I don't give a damn states" well, I'll agree, don't waste your time. Usually the commissioner is the worthless brother-in-law to the governor.
