Enforce laws? LOL. We need federal gun laws instead of some patchwork quilt of loop holes and laws. When you can freely cross state lines, the state laws make absolutely no sense when it comes to firearms.

This again comes down to enforcement. It is illegal to sell or buy a gun out of state unless the transaction includes a FFL dealer in your home state. Maybe we should restrict travel down to individual need.

Well, maybe you need to learn about gun laws then?

You cannot buy a pistol over state lines, now get this...."LEGALLY."

You cannot buy a rifle/shotgun "LEGALLY" over state lines UNLESS you go through an FFL.

Those are FEDERAL LAWS......because people don't obey the law makes them......CRIMINALS.....

When you are attempting to make an argument, you should do some research, otherwise you look stupid.

Enforcement? So now we need more government in order to enforce it? More ATF agents, more local law enforcement, etc. Sounds expensive, maybe we make it more expensive to own a gun(s)?

As long as you can keep your many guns huh?

Well how about we just start all over with gun laws and regulations.... Perhaps you should do some research and stop assuming that laws can only be built on.

If you legalize drugs the gang bangers won't need to kill each other. Making guns that are purchased legally more expensive isn't going to impact the people that obtain the guns illegally. The mob used to kill people involved in the alcohol trade and now they don't kill people, not over alcohol anyway. Besides, last I hear only 2% of federal gun violations are prosecuted - start there.

That is what you on the left are doing, more laws upon laws upon laws.....

Hey everybody the current laws do not work, so we are going to keep that law (and not enforce it) and throw more laws on top of that......then when that law does not work we are going to make more laws (even though we have other gun laws the CRIMINALS don't obey, and don't work and then throw more laws on top of those laws that don't work either.....

Hell the criminal has to start listening sometime, right...

SO they just need to "work" harder or do more "enforcing" then. I'm sure there are no underfunded and undermanned local, state, or federal law enforcement agencies in this country ....
