Look at the chart...
From the USA:
$23 billion to Mexico
$13 billion to China
$10 billion to India
$10 billion to Philippines
$6 billion to Nigeria
$2 billion to France
$.6 billion to Bangladesh

This appears to be largely H1B, nannies, and other visa holders. Not all money going to Mexico is from illegals.
