That's the thing. The Tea Party tries to distract from its real intentions by always saying stuff like "the tea party is grassroots" or "that's not the real tea party." We're not supposed to judge them by what the members of the Tea Party caucus say and do. We're not supposed to judge them based on what their political candidates say. We're apparently not even supposed to judge it based on what's its supposed philosophical leader, Ron Paul, said and did while in office.

Individuals.
With a desire to once again be free from oppression and fear of those that have become more powerful than they are.

I know that. I was thinking the post was about the hijacked Tea Party movement - the
one that included Palin and Ted Nugent and Rove and Bullwinkle - just in case anyone wasn't
paying attention

Dr Ron Paul isn't the only one who can not stand war. We are the party of the people
for peace. We are the Libertarian Party.

I wasn't talking about the actual content of your post, I wast just talking about the way in which you twisted your ignorant statements in such a way that even you believe them to be true.

It's truly astounding, sorta like watching my dogs chase squirrels in the back yard.

The political machine has decided there will only be 2 parties.
We all know we must change one or both of those parties, from within.
There is always resistance and a lot of money spent, to silence any differing views that signal a direction change from the end goal of both parties the political machine has designed long ago in the social engineering experiment and global domination.

Be specific. What fears and oppressions are is the tea party trying to free itself from?

I am an individual. So, I cannot speak for all people. I can only speak for myself, just as you can only do the same.

#1. Being penalized for being prosperous.
#2. My personal privacy, is no longer sacred.
#3. Habeas Corpus, no longer exists.
#4. Inflating the price of gold, by producing counterfeit money, that is now waged on the taxes your blood sweat and tears produce. Creating poverty, by a hidden tax the ignorant never figure out until it is too late if not ever. Bartering is no longer allowed under our government control.

There are the main oppressions on my freedom

You do realize "party" is a collective term, right? You should be able to articulate some kind of collective vision/argument/stance for your party, then.

Allow me to take a crack at the nonsense you listed though.

So you see taxation as a punishment/penalty, correct?

Completely false.

Two questions here.

1) What makes our currency "counterfeit."

2) You subscribe to Austrian Economics, correct?

LOL

I didn't give myself that title!

Another man did. Long ago.
Any label given to me, I will wear proudly, as I must have earned it from that individual. It is flattering to me to be labelled.

Were you responding to another thread and mistakenly quoted my post or something? Your response here makes no sense as I didn't affix any label to you.
