what you said may be true in some cases but you still have not taken into account of nepotism, racism and sexism which often plays a role in the hiring practice. A predominately white male company who has 4 positions open for a large number of candidates of different of various ethnnicities and sexual orientations will more likely pick the candidate that is more familiar to them considering everything being equal. When there is an overwhelmingly number of choices it is easy to make any excuse not to hire the outliers.
PROVE that a company is forced to hire a black using this as an example. Enter corporate offices in NYC and check to see how many have few black male employees, except at the lowest levels. NYC has a huge pool of black professionals, given that it draws not only from black Americans, but also from the city's large black immigrant population.
If blacks were treated as you describe we would all have the jobs that we would feel that we deserve.
Clearly this is NOT the case when 40% of the long term unemployed are blacks, and when male black college graduates earn the same as white male high school graduates.
If what you describe was true black college graduates would earn MORE than a white equivalent, because corporations would be tripping over themselves after this scarce talent. Instead blacks earn LESS.
So continue to spin your hypothesis and to demonstrate your inability to back this was FACTS.

PROVE that black executives at McDonald's, Xerox, BET Networks and the NFL are making less money than white executives.
Oh...you don't like those companies as examples?
Then go ahead and hand-pick the companies of your choice to make sure the exception proves the rule.
What percentage of long-term unemployed whites have criminal records?
What percentage of long-term unemployed blacks have criminal records?
What employer wants to hire ANYONE with a criminal record?
Before you go around begging for facts make sure that those facts don't destroy your arguments that black unemployment is due to white racism!

Black racism on whites doesn't get national attention because it "doesn't sell" and
can't be sensationalized by the media.
Also, whites don't have race hustlers like black people do ( i.e. Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, )
who keep hatred and resentment alive by pouring gasoline on racism especially where none exists.
When black people, start taking advantage of free college money for them ( united negro college fund), start thinking for themselves things wont get better.
Maybe they should stop listening to the "plantation owners" in the democratic party, white liberals who do nothing for them except keep them chained to social programs.

There's a huge difference between the way Caribbean blacks feel and the way American blacks feel. Caribbean blacks all feel citizens of their country first, and black second, because that's the way they live their life and are treated. There were no KKKers there, no laws allowing discrimination of blacks, and no remaining discrimination. There are still groups here that are racist. American blacks are treated like as blacks first, and everything else later.
Also, the person that wrote the article is basing an entire philosophy on an incident or two. Maybe it's the person that wrote the article that has the problem.
However, let's assume that ALL American blacks were behaving that way abroad, maybe the reasons I stated are the reason why.
If the roles had been reversed, and whites had had to endure generation after generation of the s___t American blacks had to endure, American whites might be telling a whole different story.

I suggest that you feel sorry for whites because, sorry to break it to you, these days substance abuse among the youth is a WHITE thing, even though bigots like you will peddle the lie that blacks are to blame.
Why I don't know because straight white males with some minimal education can get what ever they want and are coddled by other white men in all aspects of life in the USA.
Here is what happens. Young white guy starts his job and the boss (almost always white) takes him out to lunch and gives him the low down. Other white men are available as mentors and he gets hooked into the old white boy network unless he is a loser.
Young white girl comes in. White men ignore her, but the white females adopt her so she does almost as well.
Young black female....if she is lucky a few white females may accept her into their women networks.
Young black men. White guys politely wish him the best as they need to be PC, but otherwise ignore him. White females ignore him as they see him as a man and a threat. Blacks meet him on the down low as they are too afraid to be openly seen welcoming and helping the black guy, and not all either. Some run away every time they see him.
So continue to engage in your self pity as a poor white man who every one victimizes.
