Of course it is irrelevant, but if the assailants had been white, and the victim was black, the left wing media would have covered the story like maggots on a corpse, and must certainly wouldn't have considered it "irrelevant".
This is the second time in five minutes I've seen a conservative introduce race into a thread - that is not about race at all.
no friend its not an alteraction on the play ground. its not bullying. 2 kids attacked the other and beat him to death on the play ground. there was no fighting. only hitting. please stop sugar coating murder. if we are both punching its fighting, if you walk up and punch me unconscious there was no fighting only hitting. its not a fight its an assault. one of the truely hated things of my childhood in public school was being mugged and then being asked, why were you 2 boys fighting.
This is here because some people object to schools interfering in the "natural order of things" where the biggest meanest bullying thugs rule the playground and the hallways.
When I was I high school several decades ago bullying was pretty much ignored by the school authorities. The first time I was hit by a bully I complained to the Vice Principal. He said he could do nothing about it because there were too many places to cover. I told him if that was the way it was I would solve my own problems. The next tome this kid and his friend tried to hit me I broke his knee and several ribs and his buddy wore a jock strap for a couple weeks. When the VP started to yell at me I told him he had said to handle it my way. What I did was my way. BTW - they never bothered me again.
If the school is not willing to keep the bullies from harming the kids, the kids need to take fighting lessons and damage the bullies enough that they dare not continue.
It's sad but what do you expect; human beings are glorified primates with delusion of grandeur. And as a result the organizing principle of all human societies is violence, physical force, whether explicit or implied.
Personally I'm with Agent Smith from The Matrix. I can't wait for the computers/machines to take over. If there was ever a species that deserved to be phased out, we are it. An evolutionary dead end to be sure....
If this scenario involved adults and one was unarmed and never hit anybody and the other shot him 10 times killing him, would this change your opinion???
