Basically we don't need to worry about blacks in Amerikkka, so much for the "one nation" gig.
This problem is ALL of ours. It's not divided on color lines. LE agencies have the same contempt for the rights of whites hispanics and asians as they do blacks. The Klan isn't pulling the strings. Just take a gander at a bunch of the new executive orders coming out of the White House. Expanding the Patriot Act and granting even more sweeping authority to LE to rip peoples lives apart. You reckon the Klan is pulling Obamas chain? Besides, the Klan is small potatoes. A scattered, divided group of nutjobs. This issue with abuse of power is not focused on or confined to black communities. It's wall to wall and treetop tall pard. It is a "one nation" thing. Black, white red, yellow, purple or green, we are all in the same boat.
However, if you want to classify yourself along color lines, thats IS one choice still available that the Patriot Act doesn't regulate. Yet...

If you read the OP and the link, I guess its the "creativity" of the reporter. But there were serious protests, and in this era, they have a problem keeping it quiet.
As for those who say that kid was a thug: that may be the case, but as far as I know, there is no capital punishment for that. And even there was, the cops are neither prosecutors nor executioners.
Personally, I am always surprised of the number of bullets in these cases. Why that many? I remember in one such case they fired a total of 81 shots!

Poor people often do not 'choose' to live where they do, it's not as if they have lots of options.
