So you are telling me I don't have freedom of speech, then what am I posting on? You are living in fear, my friend. Take a deep breath and enjoy life a little bit.
I told you nothing of the sort. Ask all the folks who have their webpages taken down by big bro how they fell about it all though. Or the folks corralled miles away from the political conventions how they feel about it. You are blinded to the reality that goes on around you like many. When your own government has shown that it will trample those "freedoms" you should begin to ask questions. Not enough do. Then we have folks like you who think it's a some sort of joke. I don't know who is more the enemy the government or those who allow them to pursue these things and then laugh about it all.
You are posting on a privately owned board. That has nothing to do with freedom of speech. If the owner of this board does not like what you have to say, the owner of this board can remove it. It violates nothing.
Or do you not understand the concept of "freedom of speech"?
Private site or not, there is no one from the government taking me from my home from what I say on here.

Which sites were those? Or is this another one of your vague statements?
^^And what are you talking about with the political conventions, KU? My daughter lived in Denver in 2008, just a couple of blocks from the site of some of the convention activities. None of what you described happened.
Pull you head out for a while and look around lifer. This aint exactly the land of the free anymore. There are plenty of examples for you to ignore. You do a helluva job at that too I must admit.
Well if you had watched the video (I know from the replies few have) you would know why that was put in there. I didn't say it. Propoganda machine? These were interviews of folks who where there and the other video was from across the street where the police were escorting out the occpants at gunpoint who didn't look anything like the suspect. Now go watch the vid's and stop making yourself look so ignorant with your next post if you decide to come back.
I wasn't quoting you, I was quoting the reporter, reiterating your point. Perhaps you should read my response again before speaking of ignorance.
I WAS AGREEING WITH YOU. Of course I watched the video. Rescuing someone at gunpoint is nonsense speak for "violating constitutional rights".

Then it must be another conspiracy reported by the media all over during the conventions for the republicans and democrats. Just ignore it and pretend it never happened. You folks seem really good at that.

Probably. Hell, KU, my daughter went through this, and I was but 25 miles away myself. She was in grad school and had classes as usual. She lived her life as usual. In fact, she and some friends went out to the local bars and met some people attending the convention. Sorry if that doesn't fit with your narrative.
