The answer is no. Never! I did run over a squirrel once and remember it to this day. That was 30+ years ago.

So you admit the person that you are following would have to approach you but hold the position you have anyways? Thats rather silly.

So you have no idea how it feels to be in that type of situation nor do you know how people react to that kind of stress.

Again, your "opinion" is meaningless. You fail to understand or comprehend that people often have enormously incorrect perceptions. Just because someone "genuinely believes" something that does not make their "genuine belief/fear" true. You really should read the SYG law in Florida. You do realize that laws are not all the same in all states, don't you?

Even though you prefaced your post with a statement about SYG not being an issue in this case, you went on to say that basically what Zimmerman did was consistent with your interpretation of SYG.

Do you? Was Zimmerman faced with a knife or a gun?

Most people have not been in that situation either. Their are always to sides to a story and I always look at both before I make my decision.

If Zimmerman would have kept his butt in his truck none of this would have happened. Don't you think it was funny that he didn't know where he was going to park when the police asked him where to meet him?

Yes I do know how it feels, I know what it feels like to know for sure that my life is in danger.

Zimmerman (according to his story) faced an attacker that was on top of him in a way that prevented him from leaving. That attacker was beating his head into the ground and he began to fear for his life.

Do you know how he could be screaming when Martin had his hands on his mouth and nose while he was slamming his head on the ground?
