Ah, but chielgirl, don't you know? It's different when a white person collects welfare. They've just had a hard life...bad luck. They deserve our sympathy. Only blacks and hispanics (who, of course, are inherently lazy, according to certain people) cheat the system. Whites are too good to ever do such a thing. (I'm being sarcastic)
In fairness the blame belongs squarely on Whites. They support loose immigration rules and more importantly support degenerative policies such as abortion and homosexuality, no wonder their birth rates are dropping like a rock. The Whites who maintain family values such as the Mormons are thriving.

You understand "per capita" and "percentages"?
per capita, more "black" people are on welfare. A disproportionate number according to actual population...just like "black" people commit disproportionate amount of crime considering they are only 13% of the population.
Sure..more whites are on welfare NUMERICALLY....and whites commit more crime NUMERICALLY...because white people are the majority in this country...but the PER CENTAGE of "blacks" on welfare/ some sort of govt programs/food stamps/etc... is highly disproportionate.
No..this nation was created by PIONEERS..not immigrants..there is a difference.

It doesn't happen. It's always lazy blacks, etc.; never lazy whites, etc.
Of the X million on welfare/ 61% of them are white.

Over 50% of Texas students are Hispanic.
Texas is now a minority-majority state along with 7 others.
After amnesty I expect the number of states with minority-majority status to grow.
