so since the federal law take precedence over the state law concerning voting, when will the sanctuary cities be prosecuted for violation of federal law as well?

Do you really not know the difference between a civil suit and a criminal one?

I hope to hell that Arizona officials defy the feds and tell them to shove their decision and refuse to abide by it. Gutsy people like Jan Brewer and Joe Arpaio just might do it, lets hope so.
