In God we trust is on our coins, and we place our hands on the Bible to be sworn in in court how can this be declared unconstitutional? Again with feeling, our country was founded on these principles!

For one thing, we don't all trust in God. Secondly, the establishment clause prohibits this type of mandating of the Christian religion.
And we do have freedom of speech and freedom to worship (or not). But you can't deny our founding fathers set our country up this way.
That's right. But, we don't have the freedom to use public funds to promote one particular religion. Any friendly wagers on whether it will be declared unconstitutional?
