I so wish people would not refer to zimmerman as a 'neighborhood watch captain'.
He was not.
He was a self-appointed busy-body.
He was not captain of anything or any one.
Better call the prosecution and tell them they are wrong. They stipulated Friday that he had, in fact, been chosen by the neighborhood to be the NW Captain.
You fell for one more lie from Crump's false narrative.
ty. I could have linked to the reenactmet video, which clearly shows street level windows, but figured the response would be something like --- so what, there's only lying gz's word that tm was looking in windows, or big deal, any typical teen would be walking around looking in windows in the dark on a rainy night.
The problem is Martin had plenty of time to get home (2 minutes plus) after he was out of Zimmerman's sight before the second encounter. Why was he not safe at home? I am not saying you may not be correct. I just see no way to prove either initiated the physical altercation beyond a reasonable doubt.
Why was Mr. Zimmerman following him with a loaded gun when Mr. Martin was doing nothing? Of course you can't prove who was violent first, but I think I am using sound reasoning, when I look at both of their behavior and choices prior to the contact.
Mr. Martin left the house to get pop and candy. Mr. Martin left the store after buying the pop and candy.
Mr. Zimmerman saw Mr. Martin and decided that Mr. Martin was a criminal who was possibly on drugs. Mr. Zimmerman decided that not only was Mr. Martin a criminal, but that Mr. Martin was an a -hole and a f-ing punk. Now from there Mr. Zimmerman decided to follow Mr. Martin in his car and aggressive choice after verbally using words that could be described as hostile to talk about Mr. Martin.
Then after following Mr. Martin in his car, Mr. Zimmerman decided to get out of his car and follow Mr. Martin on foot with a loaded gun.
Again when viewed in that light, the one behaving aggressively was Mr. Zimmerman. Why wouldn't he behave aggressively when he finally had the contact with Mr. Martin that he worked so aggressively to ensure occurred?
cripes. Look at the other pics of that house and you'll see the street level windows. Then...
you can go on to the reasons why street level windows don't really matter.
