From CNN:
Last week, Gov. Rick Scott met with protesters seeking repeal of the law and told them it won't happen, citing the recommendation of a task force he appointed after Martin's killing.
Yes, a task force. A task force chaired by the former lieutenant governor who resigned amid a federal gambling racketeering investigation.
Oh well. I'm sure the folks in Florida will find a way to move on with their lives.
And with more money still in their wallets. Not giving concerts will only hurt these money loving pop stars who rake in millions with bloated ticket prices.
In response and due to the ‘stand your ground’ law on the books in florida! Along with the great stevie wonder, the following acts have canceled (all) of their up-n-coming concert dates, in and around florida, indefinitely!!! Or until the law in florida is abolished.

now, if you add all those ticket sales up you are talking billions!
Justin timberlake 20/20 vision tour was due to kick off in miami - he canceled and he quoted:
"i refuse to entertain a state who's government allows people to shoot-n-kill un-armed teenagers!"
All talk. Would only mean something if they boycott all states with SYG laws. No chance of these one percenters doing that.
I think you find its like the Dixie chicks. Lots of people dying to take their place.
