The American electorate does not live inside the same right-wing echo chamber you do. Unlike the frothing nabobs at Free Republic or WND, they can tell the difference between a real scandal and an Issa witch hunt; between a recovering economy and an imploding one; between starting unpopular and unnecessary wars and ending them; between pragmatic collaboration and unreasoned obstructionism. They will make their decisions based on what their experience tells them... not what Mitch McConnel does.

The greatest weakness of the current American right is their inability to learn from their own mistakes.

Keep clicking those heels. There's no place like home. There's no place like home. There's no place like home.

It works in the movies.
As usual, so well said that there's nothing more to say.

As I said I like laughing at ignorant people. It's unfortunate that you weren't able to discuss your position though. What I generally do here is call out ignorant people who make blanket statements but then can't back them up.

So should we start randomly bombing countries like Iran so they don't think we are weak?

What exactly did Bush do that "messed things up"? Cite the specific Bush policies you're talking about and discuss why they were a detriment.

My favorite thing will be listening to all the cons cry and whine when they watch their candidate lose in 2016 and try to blame it on things like their conservative Republican wasn't actually a true conservative.

What difference does it make....

Is this the new catch phrase of liberalism?

No. It's the old common sense of liberalism since forever.

Maybe not embarking on a world apology tour might be a better idea.

Is that all you got? I asked you a serious question. Obama resigns, what happens to Iran? What would you do differently?
