Again...another hyperbolic response that attempts to put black oppression far in the past and ignore that legalized oppression existed until the 60's and still exist today...but just not codified. To believe that laws eliminated racist behavior against blacks is to believe laws eliminate black crime. If you can argue that law made racism null and void....I can argue that laws mean that is not black crime, because crime is against the law.

Again....another straw man or "reading is fundamental" rebuttal that is predicated upon something that was not said. Who said that there were still laws on the books? who said they hate and resent?

People Pay Attention!
Let's call this what it is. Said person is judging the entire Black population based on the actions of some Black individuals. Acknowledging statistics isn't the problem. Taking those statistics and then saying "Black people are violent and dumb", well that has been done over and over. It hasn't brought any solutions. It is disingenuous to suggest that all Black people are violent and dumb. It is dishonest to say that all Black people are "no good" and "need to be avoided".
Each ethnicity is comprised of INDIVIDUALS, and this is something many people are not getting. For every Black person committing crimes, there are many more Blacks who aren't causing any problems. There is no reason for Blacks who behave decently to suffer for the guilty. Let the guilty pay for their crimes. If anyone disagrees with this, why? Why should the decent and law abiding Blacks suffer for the guilty?
Except the problem is that many, MANY black individuals are violent, thugs and criminals. Again this isn't just a few and statistics bare that out for everyone to see. And its to such a high degree that as I've been asking you for like seemingly a thousand times, if the number of black individuals who are violent and who commit crime are so few, why is it so difficult to find even one large black community in the entire US that has a low crime rate?
If its that hard to find even one city in all of USA that has several hundred thousand blacks living relatively peacefully with each other and with everyone else, how can you possibly say that there's only a 'few' bad individuals ruining the reputation for the rest?

Using 70's vernacular does not substitute as a valid counter argument. Anytime someone use terms like "whitey" "The Man" or the like, they are trying to diminish the argument by using terms that they feel helps discredit an argument. It tries to make it appear that people are "stuck in the past" and cannot move forward.
