whatever israel says to do, the congress will do in the end.

i have never seen such a one way charade with this israel-us relationship, and how we must appease israel with everything.

Jeez that is almost as silly as the view we pay no attention to Israel.

The Whitehouse and the Presidents administration is in with the Muslim Brotherhood, and this false flag.

YES, most definitely. American foreign policy is very consistent, republicans or democrats. Exemplary bombings are important tool showing who's the boss to the rebellious tyrants biting the feeding hands.

After thinking about it and listening to this a bit more on CNN, I would switch my vote to Close Yes right now if I could.

The American people generally oppose the proposed action in Syria. The house is coming up for re-election and will members both republican and democrat are sticking their finger in the wind. I don't think he will even get a majority of democrats to come out in favor of an attack on Syria. It doesn't really matter. Even if he gets a no vote, Obama will invoke the war powers act and we will find ourselves in yet another military action. I can't help but wonder how Senator Obama would have voted. (Actually I know and so do the rest of you)

They'll vote whichever way their masters tell them to vote.

He would have voted "present", then off to the golf course!

They will authorize strikes. I don't think even our dysfunctional Congress will come down on the side of Assad gassing people.

Clear yes. Voting against anything involving the military is considered unpatriotic.

(Not that I agree with this; it's just the way it is.)
