YES, most definitely. American foreign policy is very consistent, republicans or democrats. Exemplary bombings are important tool showing who's the boss to the rebellious tyrants biting the feeding hands.
The American people generally oppose the proposed action in Syria. The house is coming up for re-election and will members both republican and democrat are sticking their finger in the wind. I don't think he will even get a majority of democrats to come out in favor of an attack on Syria. It doesn't really matter. Even if he gets a no vote, Obama will invoke the war powers act and we will find ourselves in yet another military action. I can't help but wonder how Senator Obama would have voted. (Actually I know and so do the rest of you)

Clear yes. Voting against anything involving the military is considered unpatriotic.
