What? You think you're entitled to rob someone else to give to them, and then call yourself their savior?
If you are going to take the position that taxes are the only thing wrong with the ACA you might want to look at tax rates throughout the world. Just 10 or so years ago we paid higher taxes than we do now.

How about you answer to what I said? Instead of some entirely off-topic nonsense?
I think as a civilzed society, that I prefer not seeing people that are sick suffering and dying due to lack of health care.
Then get together with your civilized friends, create a tax-free fund and PAY FOR IT. You don't need laws, politicians, or acrimony. Heck, I might even give you a buck now and then.
It's been 3.5 years since ACA became law. Darn shame that all the time , money and effort was spent trying to repeal it at least 41 times, instead of improving it.
.
Because you can't "improve" an idea that is fatally flawed, with no good qualities. It's like saying you want to make cow pies into a nicer food. It's pointless.

This is NOT healthcare, it's healthcare insurance. If Obamacare can't handle something as simple as a website how in the hell can they handle the rest.
This was my city's free clinic at flu season last year:
Arrive no later than 6 AM for a 9 AM opening. Stand outside almost all day because the 50-seat waiting area is taken up be people who arrived at 4 AM. The clinic is understaffed and slow, so make it inside so you can sit down between 1 and 3 pm. Clinic closes at 4:30 and it wasn't your turn yet, so do the whole thing again tomorrow. This with a fever and chills.
Granted, that was flu season. But even on a slow day, people who arrive at 8 AM are lucky to get out by 2:00.
Another poster said it...free clinics are largely paid for by taxpayer dollars in many places, where they exist at all. That, and charitable contributions that have become more scarce since 2008. People wait until they're sicker to get care under these conditions, costing taxpayers much more in the long run. Many sicker patients who sit for hours to get free clinic care are referred to the ER as soon as they are triaged. That's two visits.
How is this a better or cheaper option?
