Yes. Everywhere. Let those that are going to destroy themselves do it. Let the rest of society go on with life without drug gangs and corrupt police and government caused by huge drug profits. It's the only solution.
Exactly!!! And if you ask me, currently it's Big Pharma who are the biggest drug pushers on the planet! But that's OK, I suppose, because they're legal. Nevermind that doctors give the crap out like candy today!

We could divert some funds from military spending (by closing overseas bases) to completing the border fence, and increasing surveillance, preferably high tech kind. This will improve the situation with illegal immigration, terrorist infiltration and drug smuggling.

No. Diverting money from one program to another is not more spending. As a matter of fact by modest cuts like overseas base closures, we could triple border security, and still save billions. It's a win-win situation.
