Your concern for the constitution is admirable.

Does this concern extend to the use of the administrative organs of government with their vast arbitrary power for the stripping of constitutional rights and civil liberties from the political opponents of the administration?

Just wondering. That is what this is about, after all.

Being a bad President and being a corrupt President are not equivalent. Not even close.

Just wait for the immunity and Lerner will have to testify.

That or Obama will use executive privilege again to hide the corruption of his administration just like he did for holder.

I thought Bush was a bad president, but Obama and his administration has redefined the term.

As much as it would pain me to see this twit walk away with her tax payer funded pension and off the hook, they might as well give her immunity at this point. But maybe before that, they need to get the IRS to comply with turning over the rest of the emails they requested. How long can they ignore that request?

That's because there actually is no argument about immunity.

If Issa want's to get around Lerhner's access to the 5th Amendment, then he has to offer immunity.

Simple as that.

So, they have a committee where only Issa is allowed to speak, and no one else is allowed to say anything? What a joke.

Assumes facts not in evidence. Were that actually happening, I would oppose it.

Nonsense. This is all about Issa's affection for fake scandals over political substance and governance.

AND, Ms. Lerner has been getting death threats. Wonder from whom these have come from Hmmmmmm?
She says she did nothing wrong and we don't believe her.

To deny the 5th Amendment is often used to conceal crimes is ridiculous. It may or may not be in this instance, but once again, this brings up the need for immunity from something that isnt a crime.
