Those who approved this should be prosecuted.
Why did the jihadists kill 32 year old Navy SEAL Neil Roberts? Do these Jihadists respect Geneva Convention?

I would really hate to believe that

"These muslims have no problem raping women, chopping off heads of men & women, and chopping babies in half. What liberals call torture, muslims see as weakness"

Not all Muslims do this but the ones that do, deserve to be tortured.
Right-wingers are rational and don't base decisions on emotion. This is something I am told.

So lets **** them off even more? Great strategy...

When people find out what happened, they tend to get more pissed...Why is that so hard to understand?

Maybe they were holding back...you don't know and neither do I....but why invoke anything more?

Also, it not all about the troops....who were the last few people with their heads chopped off? They were not troops....
I also stated "Would we want Americans treated like this?" It came right after my troops comment.

Who said to release anyone? How about put them on trial? If there is enough evidence to hold these people for year after year, torturing them during this time, there should be easily enough evidence to put them on trial and convict them.

If there is not enough evidence; then what are they basing their accusations on?

Not all of them are too chicken.....

Of course afterwards they also decide it is in fact torture. So you can see why hannity might change his mind.....

Why should the US care what they do? The US is suppose to be above them, not drop to their level. Just as in our so much touted legal system; we do not "eye for an eye" the system, we have a trial, a conviction, and jail. We did not torture Mr. Serial Killer because that was what he was doing, we do not beat Mr. Assaulter because that was what he was convicted of. Heck, we do not even kill everyone who killed another person, and when we do, it is a lot less violent way than what they did to their victim(s).

If Clinton knowingly caused people to be tortured, then we should hand him over to Geneva to be tried. Whats your point? I'm OK with that.
