I think this is exactly why the liberal democrats want uncontrolled borders and very massive hispanic immigration. This puts black Americans as a group out of power and control. They are now only the third largest group - and affirmative action can be fulfilled by hiring nothing but Mexicans which the liberals prefer.

It's not the "first time in forever" ..... Rangel barely pulled it out a couple of years ago. It took weeks to get the final result. Turns out that the Police are in charge of delivering the ballots for a final count (that would be the Unionized Police ). They managed to find enough "Votes" in enough Police vehicles for Rangel to win.
And NO ... they do NOT have any Voter ID in New York.
They don't need it ..... Its all about who actually counts the "Votes".
Rangel is in his 80s, I have no problem with someone younger beating him in an election.
Exactly. He may have exceeded his "use by" date. It does seem clear that the old guard on both sides of the fence are being given the boot. It no longer matters what bacon you bring to your district. It's an ideological issue.

He will win but I hope more Black leaders lose as a result of immigration. It would be a great comeuppance for their stupidity.
What difference would it make if blacks are underserved by these people anyway?
