Fox News included some of Dylan Davies eye witness statements from the 60 minutes interview, he was the contractor that claimed he was at the compound but it turned out he wasn't there at all.
Quote:
The day after the 60 Minutes report aired, Fox News' Adam Housley disclosed on-air that "some of our reports for FoxNews.com last fall included this 60 Minutes witness'
account," but added that he stopped talking to Davies "when he asked for money."
Even still, Housley said at the time that Davies' story on 60 Minutes
"reaffirms, really, what we've been reporting." After CBS retracted their story,
Fox News vice president Michael Clemente stated unequivocally: "We stand
by our reporting on Benghazi."

All of that and Fox is still the number one news channel. How about that, Liberals? Too bad there's nothing you can do about it but whine as usual.
Actually fairly popular news channel and some segments but not so good for national news if you just like facts, but it's a warm place for the extreme right wing to find made up stories that support their opinion.
The National Enquirer is also fairly popular I guess facts take a backseat.
My point is that this story was picked up by Fox news because it supports their strategy and is based off of a book that they can loosely dangle in front of the gullible . Most mainstream stories are picked up by multiple news sources while things like this are picked up by just a few...
My point isn't about "this administration" but stories that support book sales..
Your "point" is moot. Once again the tame MSM would certainly have ignored this because they were told to. Fox news has an actual history of bringing to light subjects that this administration would wish to hide and lie about.
The "gullible" are those that refuse to even consider anything that they don't want to as it differs from their agenda of misinformation. You know, the game plan of this administration (like the alleged video tape) that they wish people would blindly believe (such as someone we both know).
You know, like "you can keep your health care, period"

Made up stories like the men who fought at Benghazi? Eye witnesses but don't listen to them, it might ruin your view of what really happened.
The bold description sounds more like the Associated Press than Fox News... Fox News is not known for this at all. They're known to have a bias that slants heavily to the right. The little bit of investigative journalism they do is solely done to support their overall agenda. Which is supporting the conservative platform... Tell all books like this usually don't focus on verifiable evidence but personal observations and opinions... If what these three guys are saying was verifiable the book wouldn't have had to drop before there was an investigation...
Good thing that the liberal media is so truthful, right?
That said, ratings don't substantiate credibility. It just means more people watch that channel then some of Fox's competitors stations.. There are several liberal leaning news Stations, while Fox is pretty mush alone in regards to right leaning stations...
Of course being ranked the most trusted station on air is pretty much ignored by you partisan types.
