You just illustrated one important element in all of this. Many of the persons doing this have nothing, go to nothing, and pretty much have no attachment to anything they are destroying. Nothing to lose. Chances are, alot of those persons don't have jobs, have been in and out of prison, some probably don't care if they live or die. It's "get mine and forget everyone else around me". Some might ask how the rioting "helps the community"? Well, how many of the rioters have a sense of community? People with something to lose will be more careful.
I bet the people of MD will have a different view of Conceal Weapons permit. If Baltimore had trained CCW we would see less looting.

Wrong. Hood rats are the ones being violent. The rest of the Black population has nothing to do with that. How hard is it to differentiate between decent Blacks and hood rats rather than using the catch-all term "Black America"? When you say Black America, one can only assume you mean all 40 million Blacks.
Well you have to understand that by having white skin and existing they microaggressed these poor blighted folks and they had no choice but to resort to violence. If only white people didn't exist we could all live in peace!

They should have shot guns and side arms to protect life and liberty. Think about it the State Gov. has basically out lawed the freedom of self protection (Castle Law) and the right to bear arms.
This would not happen in Arizona or Texas.
