Those are accusations. It's not proof that she lied. The Howard University matter was dismissed.
It also does not address the issue that it is not a lie to claim ANY race in the USA. All "tests" for determining racial lineage were deemed unconstitutional long ago.
Its different from Jenner, because Jenner is not misrepresenting himself -- everyone knows he was born male and became female.
You have the right to identify any way you like, but if you are going to say that you are black when you are not, don't be surprised if people call you on it.

Each and every one of us are different and unique, and is a good thing, does not matter your race, religion, or gender if your straight or bi, or gay.
So sad that some people are just not accepting of themselves, because of society, really sad. And sad that in 2015 some people have to pretend they are someone, they are not.
Forget other people, and just be happy being you, be true to yourself, before all others.
When you try and lie about who you really are the only person your hurting is yourself. And it is wrong to try to pass yourself off as someone you definitely are not.
