Please.. A black gun is no more dangerous than a standard semi auto hunting rifle. That is the problem with having a lack of knowledge on a subject and then posting on it.
Assault weapons are for the military. Knowing about guns beyond that, not required. We are a gun owning house, not scared. Those people and those weapons terrifying in the wrong hands. That place was FULL to capacity with "wrong hands". My observatio, my opinion, only. Perhaps you look like them so they don't scare you.
I am sure you have a link to support that these are the demographic of the people committing all these crimes.... I'll wait while you go find it..

You would be right. I was ashamed as an American citizen to bother. But we did walk the whole place in search of some normal sportsmen type set-ups, didn't find many but there were some.
I wasn't in rural anywhere. I said Florida and Texas, not a lot of rural left in either of those states. Downtown Houston and Tampa don't seem rural to me.
Never the less, these people are not the demographic that the FBI reports to be responsible for the bulk of the gun violence stats.

I understand that not all criminals are black, but I also understand that all criminals are not what are classified as rednecks. Some criminals wear a tie to work then go home and commit a murder. So what's your point?
The pro-gun crowd seems to have absolutely nothing to offer. I guess they think mass shootings are acceptable.
The left wants more knee jerk hormonal, hysterical feel good legislation which will in reality do nothing.
What could help is enforcing laws already passed.
