No, they won't. The voters tossed it to the trash-can. It was not even close. I think people are waking up.
The only reason it was tossed in the trash can is because of the way the language in the proposal was written. I voted it against it because of the language and the fact that they were attempting to use the Ohio Constitution to create a monopoly and give a select few special interests control over the whole damn thing. But, make no mistake, there will be other initiatives, and hopefully with better language in them. It did exactly what I expected to do, and failed the first time, just like with casinos.
Rather them be in jail then steal from me to get their next fix or harm innocent people while on the road. Drug addicts are extremely weak minded and cannot be trusted and will do anything to get their next fix when their stash runs low. These clinics are a joke and will give anyone a card, it's pathetic giving these junkies their way.
I agree that if someone steals from you or causes harm to another, then you punish them for that crime. Other than that, what people do in their own lives so long as they don't harm others isn't my business, your business, nor the business of the government's. Secondly, you usually aren't hearing about the average "pothead" knocking over a convenience store to get "their fix." But hey, carry on with the Reefer Madness hyperbole!

It was more than monopoly language
It allowed for marketing and research campaigns near college campuses... Creating a whole new class of addicts...alcoholics burn out too quickly.. Potheads can be milked longer
Shades of big tabacco
It wanted in pure totalitarianism to stop local control whatsoever through use of building code to regulate mj... Very important since this is how communities have been very successful at controlling this scourge
We spend inordinant amount of resources on damaged people instead of just saying
No... We won't support your thirst for being high at the expense of our communities
It will be rewritten.. Way to much blood money available to take advantage of damaged human beings

It's not about cycles, but cultures within families. Time after time, I've seen parents with drug/alcohol issues, turn out well balanced kids, who don't have any particular interest in drink and drugs.
It's about cycles...and dope culture within families
Time after time I have seen doper parents turn out doper kids.. As a matter of fact use them in indentured slavery to trim for them...
Kids smelling like skunk weed 24/7
Good on a job application if they can actually make it through school with lowered iq's from mj use in the formative brain. Soon dopers will want to be protected as a class.. Already see it...
There.. Fixed it for you
Read all about marijuana
Rocky mountain high report august 2015
See how well the experiment is really working with real evidence
Do not believe anything someone who uses drugs says... Lie lie lie
Lie to themselves first and foremost
Then to everyone else
People always bring up alcohol to take the attention off of marijuana. I hate alcohol too, it's poison and in a perfect world it would be illegal too. My father was an alcoholic and a drug addict and even in my 30's I still have nightmares about what I witnessed as a little boy.
Sorry about your dad, but why should others have their individual liberties restricted, because some folks have no control over themselves? It's the same insane logic that gun grabbers have....welp we gotta ban guns and restrict the rights of others, who have done nothing wrong, because some gangbangers continue to shoot up their hoods, or some random nut job goes into a public place and goes postal!
You have the 2nd Amendment part right. Here let me help you...
Guns= 2nd Amendment which is in the Constitution.
Cannabis prohibition= No Amendment in the Constitution= un-Constitutional.
