350 USD per girl. Thats what it amounts to as it is going to 200000 girls.
I seriously doubt it will do much in that country.

Well this forum requires a link. I think we spend allot more than most and it goes towards technology.. Technology is nice, but learning needs hard work, not products that simplify everything.

This is ultimately a national security issue.

If you don't want Pakistan to be a nuclear-armed terrorist state (even more than it already is), it helps to have an educated populace.
