They're not being denied access because of their religion but because of their terrorism, being from hostile nations etc.

You cannot deny people access into the country just because you are scared that they might be a terrorist while actual terrorists that are born and bred in America that are not Muslim roam around waiting to commit their act of terror.

Why do keep make the same argument over and over after it's been dismissed? Muslim countries have a serious problem with terrorism.
Congress could conceivably deny all immigration, or deny immigration from any particular nation. They just need to change immigration law. No one is entitled to immigrate here. There's nothing in the constitution that gives non-citizen muslims in the middle east a right to immigrate in the US.

Lefts have killed at least a billion of innocent people in 20th century. The communist or national-socialist regimes alone cost not lesser as 300 millions deaths. Because we don't deny people access to the US based on their religion. We can't even stop our domestic terrorists that are born and raised Americans, maybe we should be more concerned with that than trying to make 1.57 billion people out to be terrorists just because they are a part of a religion you are scared of.
There is no upside to any religion based on your logic, so what is the point in allowing anyone to practice religion? Oh right, because it says we have the freedom of religion in our Constitution, and no where in it say we get to pick and choose which religions are acceptable.
Have you thought about rereading the Constitution to remind you what this country was founded on?

There is a section of law in the Immigration and Nationality Act that deals with terrorists.
