Kid makes a simple clock. Ignorant teacher squirrel wrongly guesses it is a bomb and freaks out. Kid is dismissed for no good reason. Teacher is upheld in court.

Triumph of ignorant authority over simple investigation. 'Freedom and Justice for all" my arse.

Apparently anytime a Muslim kid gets called names it's the schools fault now. We are going to see many more of these type lawsuits.

Clockboys uncle ran for city counsel and got beat pretty bad.

Actually I believe family claimed teacher "freaks" based on the kids race/religion not her concern that it might be a bomb and that the kid activated it against her telling him not to. Family asked for 15 MILLION dollars for discrimination. The judge found no such discrimination in the teachers actions.

Thank Odin. That opportunist and his parasitic family (remember the sister had similar problems in school) had their 15 minutes of fame trying to profit off the "Islamaphobia" scam.

Maybe there are more facts to the story than what you can read in the media?

Only out of extreme ignorance to the facts of this issue can such a perspective be believed.
