CNN is reporting that the Acting Head of the Justice Dept just announced that she has instructed the department not to defend Trump's EO banning Muslims from entering the US. Stunning.

What part of '"Trump asked me how to do a 'Muslim Ban'legally" do you not get?
Sorry, but stupid Trump picks stupid friends who throw him under the bus without even realizing what they are doing.
"...Former New York mayor Rudy W. Giuliani said President Trump wanted a “Muslim ban” and requested he assemble a commission to show him “the right way to do it legally.”
I expect you're right. Just like those that didn't follow the leader's narrative in the Obama administration. This goes further, it's refusal to do her job.

What muslim ban?
The DOJ doesn't enforce the EO, the DHS does.
The new AG will be the one handling any legal challenges in court.

Um, I would say she IS doing her job. Trump's E.O. can't be legal
The acting AG was appointed by Obama. Whether Trump is right or wrong, this really isn't a story. She's soon gone.
