Why do you think refugee program vetting isn't good enough?

I keep wondering why Trump thinks the vetting process isn't good enough... Of course, I can't just walk up to him and ask. We haven't had a terrorist act committed by a refugee... mostly home grown.
I explained it already but I'm sure you haven't seen it yet. So here it goes again:

When the Syrian government fell, the passport offices were broken it. As a result, many fake passports are out there that look real. Europe discovered this already.

Improve the vetting process from Iraq and Afghanistan, but there is no way to improve the vetting process from the seven countries he himself marked as countries of concern, and which are part of Trump's EO on the pause on immigration from those countries. How can you get any records at all from a place with no effective government, or a hostile government that sponsors terror? Answer: you can't.
